What happens after the completion of all proceedings in respect of the notification of a trade or an application for a concession that have been submitted by a continuing person in connection with the notification of the continuation of a trade of a dissolved or divided entity.

If the notification of the continuation of a trade of a dissolved or divided entity is free of defects, or if the defects have been rectified upon request, the trade licensing office will acknowledge the continuation of the trade. It does not issue any notification of this fact.

Subsequently, the trade licensing office will await the completion of all proceedings in respect of the notification of a trade or an application for a concession that are under way based on submissions relating to the submitted notification of the continuation of a trade of a dissolved or divided company or cooperative, or after the transfer of assets to a member. During the proceedings, the continuing person has the right to continue the trade(s).
