If the decision to terminate a trade authorisation at the entrepreneur’s request has come into force, the trade licensing office will register the termination of the trade authorisation in the trade licensing register within 5 working days from the date of entry into force of the decision. Within 30 days from the date of registration in the trade licensing register, i.e. from the date on which the termination occurs, it will notify the fact that the trade authorisation has terminated to other administrative authorities specified in Section 48 or Section 55 of the Trade Licensing Act: The result of the entrepreneur’s submission in respect of an application for termination of a trade authorisation is thus the decision to terminate a trade authorisation at the entrepreneur’s request that has come into force and the subsequent registration of the date of termination of the trades concerned in the trade licensing register, which is also notified to other public administration authorities in accordance with the Trade Licensing Act.
