Registering the change of the responsible representative for a permitted trade in the trade licensing register

If the decision to approve the appointment of a responsible representative for a permitted trade has come into force, the trade licensing office will complete the proceedings in accordance with Section 56(3) of the Trade Licensing Act:

  • Within 5 working days from the date of entry into force of the decision to approve the appointment of a responsible representative, it will make a registration in the trade licensing register
  • It will inform the entrepreneur of the registration in the register

The result of the entrepreneur’s submission in respect of an application for approval of the appointment of a responsible representative for a permitted trade is thus the the decision to approve the appointment of a responsible representative that has come into force and the subsequent registration of information on the entrepreneur and their trades in the trade licensing register, which is also notified to other public administration authorities in accordance with the Trade Licensing Act. With the exception of the information listed in the Act (Section 60(3) of the Trade Licensing Act), any information that is registered in the trade licensing register is part of the public section of the trade licensing register.
