In the notice of the resumption of a trade that has been interrupted, the entrepreneur will state: There is no administrative fee for the notification of the resumption of a trade. For entrepreneurs, the Trade Licensing Act sets the time limit as follows: submissions in respect of the resumption of a trade are made in advance, i.e. no later than the day on which they intend to resume the trade. The trade licensing office will process submissions without delay and, if the submission is free of defects, it will make an entry in the trade licensing register within the general statutory time limit of 5 working days.Required particulars of submissions
