Defects in submissions when interrupting or resuming a trade
Defects rectified
What procedure does the office follow if the defects in the submission have been rectified?
Defects not rectified
What happens if the defects in the submission are not rectified...
If the submission contains defects, the trade licensing office will send the submitter a Request for rectification of deficiencies in which it will: If, for objective reasons, the applicant cannot rectify a defect within the time limit, they may request an extension of that time limit repeatedly. If the defect in the submission is rectified within the time limit, the submission is deemed to have been free of defects from the outset. After that, the procedure followed by the office depends on whether the defect has been rectified.Rectifying defects in submissions
