Change in the information on a concession has not been made

General procedure

If the defects in the submission are not rectified within the specified time limit, the trade licensing office will not register the changed information in the trade licensing register.

This step concludes the proceedings, and no notification is issued of the fact that registration in the trade licensing register has not been made.

Under certain circumstances specified by law, the trade licensing office may decide to suspend a trade or terminate a trade authorisation.

Remedies

The decision of a municipal trade licensing office to suspend a trade or, where relevant, the decision to terminate a trade authorisation may be appealed within 15 days from the date on which it is notified to the notifier. The appeal is to be lodged with the municipal trade licensing office that issued the decision being appealed.

The municipal trade licensing office will assess the appeal and, if it does not grant the appeal, it will refer it to the superior regional trade licensing office for further proceedings. The further course of the proceedings then depends on the circumstances and the correctness of the proceedings.
