Penalties for violations of the entrepreneur’s obligations in relation to notifying changes in the case of a concession

In direct connection with the obligation to notify changes in the information and documents required for an application for a concession, the Trade Licensing Act specifies the facts of only one offence – the entrepreneur commits an offence by:

• Failing to notify the trade licensing office of changes and amendments relating to the information and documents required for an application for a concession within the time limit specified, or by failing to submit documents evidencing such changes and amendments, in violation of Section 56(1) of the Trade Licensing Act.

Pursuant to Section 63(4)(d) of the Trade Licensing Act, a fine of up to CZK 20 000 may be imposed on the entrepreneur for the above offence.

The entrepreneur may commit other offences by failing to fulfil any of the obligations set out in the Trade Licensing Act.
