Registering a change in the information on a concession in the trade licensing register

If the submission is free of defects or any defects in the submission have been rectified, or the decision to amend the decision to grant a concession has come into force, the trade licensing office will deal with submissions in respect of the notification of changes in the information and documents required for an application for a concession in accordance with Section 56(3) or (4) of the Trade Licensing Act as follows:

It will register the information in the trade licensing register
Depending on the circumstances of the case, it will issue an extract with the information under Section 47(2) or (3) of the Trade Licensing Act or inform the entrepreneur of the registration.

The result of the entrepreneur’s submission in respect of the notification of changes in the information and documents required for the application for a concession is therefore the registration of the information in the trade licensing register, which is also notified to other public administration authorities in accordance with the Trade Licensing Act.

An extract from the trade licensing register for a natural person includes:

Given name and surname, academic title or scientific degree
Birth registration number, if assigned
Date of birth of the entrepreneur
The address of the entrepreneur, for a foreign person the address of domicile outside the Czech Republic and the address of residence in the Czech Republic, if permitted
The designation and address of the branch plant in the Czech Republic, if set up
Company name, if the natural person is registered in the commercial register
Personal identification number, if assigned
The objects of business in full or in part in accordance with Section 45(4) of the Trade Licensing Act, and any other supplementary information relating to the scope of the trade authorisation, if specified by the entrepreneur in the notification (e.g. the fields of unqualified trade activities)
The address of the registered office
The validity period of the trade authorisation; in the case of a person who is subject to the obligation to have a residence permit under Section 5(5) of the Trade Licensing Act, this period is deemed to be the period of residence permitted
The date of inception of the trade authorisation – it may be indicated as a specific date or, if it is tied to the fulfilment of other conditions, as a verbal description of the fulfilment of the condition necessary for the inception of the trade authorisation
The date and place of issue of the extract

An extract from the trade licensing register for a legal person includes:

Company name, business name
The address of the registered office
Personal identification number, if assigned
In the case of a foreign person, the designation and address of the branch plant in the Czech Republic
The objects of business in full or in part in accordance with Section 45(4) of the Trade Licensing Act, and any other supplementary information relating to the scope of the trade authorisation, if specified by the entrepreneur in the notification (e.g. the fields of unqualified trade activities)
The validity period of the trade authorisation
The date of inception of the trade authorisation – it may be indicated as a specific date or, if it is tied to the fulfilment of other conditions, as a verbal description of the fulfilment of the condition necessary for the inception of the trade authorisation
The date and place of issue of the extract

Information on the registration

The entrepreneur is informed about the registration of information that is not included in an extract from the trade licensing register containing information pursuant to Section 47 of the Trade Licensing Act through the document entitled Notification of the registration of changes in the trade licensing register, which contains:

The identification of the submission
The basic identification information of the entrepreneur
The objects of business of the trade(s) to which the changes relate
A list of the information changed
