The concession was not granted

If the application for a concession is rejected by a decision or if the proceedings are discontinued for reasons specified by law, the trade licensing office will not register any information on the entrepreneur or the permitted trade concerned in the trade licensing register.

The proceedings are terminated as of the date of entry into force of the decision to reject the application for a concession or the resolution to discontinue the proceedings, and no notification is issued of the fact that registration in the trade licensing register has not been made.
